  3. See Mail and its related programs are NOT public domain or freeware! The See
  4. Mail package is a copyrighted software product developed and owned by Gnosis
  5. Inc.
  6.  
  7. See Mail is distributed as shareware. As such, individuals may evaluate the
  8. See Mail package for a maximum period of 30 days. At the end of the eval-
  9. uation period, if you wish to continue using it, you must register your copy
  10. with Gnosis Inc. To register refer to the ORDER file enclosed for details of
  11. the different licenses available. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

  13. Upon receipt of your registration, a copy of the registered version of the See
  14. Mail software package will be sent to you. Included in the registered version
  15. is a printed copy of the See Mail manual, plus extra tools to enhance your use
  16. of See Mail. In addition, you will be entitled to technical support and future
  17. releases at a reduced price.

  19. Shareware disk distributors, computer user groups and computer bulletin boards
  20. may distribute the unregistered version of See Mail without a distribution
  21. license provided the See Mail package is not modified, and a fee not to exceed
  22. $15 is charged for such distribution.

  27. THE SEE MAIL PRODUCT IS LICENSED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF
  28. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, OR
  29. OTHERWISE. ALL WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. BY USING THE SEE MAIL
  30. PRODUCT, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER DAVID WEBBER NOR GNOSIS INC NOR ANY OFFICERS,
  31. DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OR OTHER RELATED
  32. PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY USE OF (OR INABILITY
